It has recently been brought to the attention of Mzimkhulu Mining (Pty) Ltd (“Mzimkhulu Mining”)
that operates the Mzimkhulu Colliery in Ogies Mpumalanga, that a Company named Noble Logistics
and Projects and its directors Blessing Nyambiya and Tinashe Cheteni, are falsely claiming that they
are doing business with Mzimkhulu Mining and that Noble Logistics and Projects has an offtake
agreement to supply coal to Eskom from Mzimkhulu Colliery.
Mzimkhulu Mining would like to put it on record that there is no commercial agreement or
relationship between it and Noble Logistics and Projects. We would like to urge the public not to
engage with Noble Logistics and Projects and its representatives on any business if Noble Logistics
and Projects claims to have any business relationship with Mzimkhulu Colliery regarding the sale of
coal. Mzimkhulu Mining will not be liable for any financial loss suffered by any third party due to
any misrepresentation made by Noble Logistics and Projects that it is doing business with Mzimkhulu
Mining.
Companies and/or individuals who are approached by Noble Logistics and Projects purporting to be
working with Mzimkhulu Colliery with regards to any coal sales or supply to Eskom are requested to
contact Mzimkhulu Mining, represented by Mr Michael Mabogoane, the Mining Operations
Manager on 011 805 0565 so that we can take the necessary steps to report the conduct of Noble
Logistics and Projects to law enforcement agencies.

activities as mentioned above. Mzimkhulu Mining takes no responsibility for any company that does
